1. Why is this free? Is it a special offer?

Our basic conference calling service is available to you for free. And, no, that will not change. The only charges you’re responsible for will be normal long distance fees. Callers can use long distance, prepaid calling cards, or mobile phones to access conferences.

2. How can you make money if this is free?

Our basic service is offered to you for free in the hope that you will see its value. Once you’ve seen how it works, perhaps you will upgrade to one of our paid services. But that isn’t necessary; you can keep using the free service for as long as you like.

3. If I can use your service for free, why would I want to upgrade to a paid service?

With an 800 number, only the host of the conference call will pay a fee, which saves your guests from any long-distance charges. Our 800 service also grants you web-based control of your conferences.
(This is available for purchase in the United States only.)

The most common mistake is that the PIN has been entered incorrectly. If you’ve checked and this is not the problem, please contact us via e-mail at sales@nofeeconference.com and we’ll be happy to help you resolve the issue.
