Call Management
- View/Manage Calls
- View your conference
- View the number of participants
- Set and change status for each caller:
- Active (participate in conference)
- Mute (able to listen only)
- Hold (unable to listen or be heard)
- Drop participants from the conference

Conference Management
- View your conference
- View the number of participants
- List the participants by User Name
- Set and change status for each caller:
- Active (participate in conference)
- Mute (able to listen only)
- Hold (unable to listen or be heard)
- Increase the volume for each participant
- Record the conference
- Lock the conference and prevent any new participants from entering
- Drop participants from the conference (**Please note that if you hit the “Drop” button at the conference level, you will drop the entire conference.)

WAV files
- Recordings of conference calls are posted here
- Listen to your recordings
- Delete your recording
- To save to your computer, right click and “Save As Target”

CDR files
- Allow you to generate a CDR file that will show you the following information for each participant:
- Phone number
- Time they entered the conference
- Length of time spent in conference
- How they disconnected

CDR Reports
- Allows you access to all CDR files you’ve created
|

Profile
- Allows you to change your:
- Name
- Moderator PIN
- Username
- Password
- E-mail
- Allow to Join status
1) Yes (On hold) –conference will not start until the moderator joins, but the participants are allowed to wait on the line for the moderator
2) Yes (Conference) – participants can start conferencing before the moderator joins
3) No – participants are not allowed into the conference until the moderator has joined the conference
